Hobby Group was founded by Jerry Hobby in 2001. Jerry Hobby has 20 years experience in both technical and leadership roles for large corporations and has consulted for companies in several countries. Under Jerry Hobby's leadership, Hobby Group has grown quickly into a successful company.

Final Factor was founded by Ken Burgess. Ken Burgess has extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and copy writing.
